DELIVERY TERMS

SwanfieldLiving ApS will arrange delivery of an order directly to the delivery address specified by the customer, whether the address is a private or a business address. 


Please notice that longer delivery time will occur in case the item(s) will have to be ordered directly from another supplier. 

You will be notified via e-mail.

 

An order will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. SwanfieldLiving ApS cannot guarantee local delivery conditions.

 

A customer will not be charged before the order has been collected from our warehouse. A notice will be given if any item is not in stock or in case of delayed delivery.

 

All delivery costs will be stated on the order and paid by the customer.

Please note that all costs related to duty is also paid by the customer. 


Delivery outside the EU is often subject to extra custom duties, VAT or other taxes due to the import of products in that specific country. 
A customer is responsible for any charges that may occur and for checking if the products ordered are legal to import under domestic law in the country of delivery.


Shipping both nationally and internationally will be handled via PostNord.

If the customer is not at home at the time of delivery, the parcel will be available for next day pick-up at the nearest located post office.


The customer will receive a text message and an e-mail as soon as the order has been collected from our warehouse, including a tracking number. 

As a consumer you have the right to cancel your purchase if the entire service is delayed in relation to what was agreed.
