SwanfieldLiving ApS accepts payment via: Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. The credit card will not be charged before the goods are dispatched.

All amounts are shown in Danish kroners DKK and includes VAT.

SwanfieldLiving ApS use an approved payment server which encrypts all your credit card information with a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This makes your information unreadable.

 

DELIVERY
Since we work with many different suppliers, our delivery times vary.
The delivery and production time is specified in the description of each product.

Typically, furniture has a delivery time of 6–7 weeks, and accessories have a delivery time of 3 weeks.
If the item is in stock in our showroom, it can usually be picked up the same day or delivered within a week.

We will contact you shortly after your order to inform you about the delivery time.

You are of course always welcome to contact us if you have any questions.
We are always ready to assist you.

 

SHIPPING
Small items are delivered with GLS to a parcel shop.
Furniture is delivered by a freight company on pallets to curbside.
– On Zealand, delivery with Mover can be arranged.
The shipping method will be specified when placing the order.

 

FEES
All delivery costs will be specified in the order and must be paid by the customer.

Please note that the customer is also responsible for any customs-related expenses.

Deliveries outside the EU may incur additional customs duties, VAT, or other charges due to import regulations in the destination country.
The customer must assume responsibility for these costs and ensure that the ordered products are legal to import under local laws.

SwanfieldLiving ApS cannot guarantee conditions related to local delivery.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Since all our furniture is custom-made, we do not accept returns.
Made-to-order items are non-refundable.

If your item is not custom-made, it may be exchanged for a SwanfieldLiving gift card.
Once SwanfieldLiving ApS has received and approved a returned item, the gift card will be issued.

Please note that shipping or return costs will not be refunded.

REFUNDS
If a refund has been specifically agreed upon, you must send your bank details to info@swanfieldliving.dk
to allow SwanfieldLiving ApS to process the refund.

 

WARRANTY
SwanfieldLiving ApS offer a two-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Good Act. The warranty covers faults in any material and/or in production.

 

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
The product must be returned in the same condition as when received, including both quantity and packaging.
We recommend keeping the packaging until you have confirmed that the product is correct.

We advise returning products as registered mail to ensure proper handling; otherwise, the return shipment is at your own risk.

You are only liable for any depreciation of the product caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine its quality and function.
In other words, you may handle the product as you would in a physical store.

If the products have been tested beyond what is necessary, SwanfieldLiving ApS will consider them used, meaning you may receive only a partial refund — or none — depending on the product’s resale value.

 

WARRANTY
SwanfieldLiving ApS offers a two-year warranty in accordance with Danish consumer law.
The warranty covers defects in materials and/or manufacturing.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect handling of the product or service.
