SwanfieldLiving ApS offer a two-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Good Act. The warranty covers faults in any material and/or in production.

The warranty will not cover any faults or damages pertaining to wrongful handling of the product/service.

SwanfieldLiving ApS will cover any return expenses within reason.

We only return items that are not custom-made.
If your item is not custom-made – it can be returned within 14 days from the day of receipt. When SwanfieldLiving ApS has received and approved a returned item, the purchase price will be refunded to your account.
Please note that the customer’s return shipping costs will not be refunded.

The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received. This includes both quantity and packaging. We recommend that you do not dispose of the packaging until you have confirmed that the product is correct. Feel free to return products by registered mail to ensure proper handling; otherwise, the return is at your own risk.
You are only liable for any deterioration in the product’s value that is due to handling other than necessary to determine the product’s quality and function. In other words, you can handle the products in the same way as you would in a physical store.
If the products have been tested beyond what is necessary, SwanfieldLiving ApS will consider them as used, which means that you will be refunded only part of the purchase amount or nothing depending on the product’s resale value.
