SwanfieldLiving ApS accepts payment via: Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. The credit card will not be charged before the goods are dispatched.
All amounts are shown in Danish kroners DKK and includes VAT.
SwanfieldLiving ApS use an approved payment server which encrypts all your credit card information with a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This makes your information unreadable.

SwanfieldLiving ApS offer a two-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Good Act. The warranty covers faults in any material and/or in production.
The warranty will not cover any faults or damages pertaining to wrongful handling of the product/service.

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
A customer may return a purchase from the SwanfieldLiving webshop within 14 days from the day of receipt. When SwanfieldLiving ApS has received and approved a returned item, we will refund the purchase price into your account, this include handling and postage costs. Please note that the customer’s return costs will not be refunded.

Please be as clear and accurate as possible as to why you wish to exercise your right of cancellation.
The condition of the goods upon return.
The product has to be in the same condition in which it was received. This includes both quantity and packaging. We recommend you do not discard the packaging until you have ensured the product within is correct. We also recommend that you return any products as registered mail to ensure the correct handling of your return otherwise any return is at your own risk.
You are only liable for any deterioration of the product’s value which is caused by other handling than what is necessary to establish the quality of the product and how it functions. In other words, you can handle the products the same way you would in any store. If the products have been tested other than what is in accordance with the aforementioned, SwanfieldLiving ApS will consider the products as used, meaning you will only be reimbursed a part of the purchase amount or nothing of the purchase amount dependent on the product’s commercial re-sale value.
To receive full reimbursement you can handle the goods the same way you would in a physical store, but not actually use it.
