SwanfieldLiving accepts payment with: Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. The credit card will not be charged before the goods are being dispatched.
All amounts are shown in Danish kroners DKK and includes VAT.
SwanfieldLiving uses an approved payment server which encrypts all your credit card information with a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This makes your information unreadable.
SwanfieldLiving delivers Mon-Fri, upon orders placed before 12pm.
The goods are shipped with PostNord or DeDanskeFragtmænd (The Danish Freighters) depending on the size of the shipment.
SwanfieldLiving offers a two-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Good Act. The warranty covers faults in any material and/or in production.
The warranty will not cover any faults or damages pertaining to wrongful handling of the product/service.

Right of cancellation
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal to receive a full return on any goods purchased through the SwanfiledLiving webshop. The time frame is from the day the goods have been received.
Any return costs will be covered by yourself.
The cancellation should be filed no later than 14 days after the purchase and the return should happen no later than 14 days after the cancellation has been filed.

Please be as clear and accurate as possible as to why you wish to exercise your right of cancellation.
The condition of the goods upon return.
You are only liable for any deterioration of the good’s value which is caused by other handling than what is necessary to establish the quality of the good and how it functions. In other words, you can handle the goods the same way you would in any store. If the goods have been tested other than what is in accordance with the aforementioned, SwanfieldLiving will consider the goods as used, meaning you will only be reimbursed a part of the purchase amount or nothing of the purchase amount dependent on the good’s commercial resell value.
To receive full reimbursement you can handle the goods the same way you would in a physical store, but not actually use it.
